"Water is good but the front office customer service is awful! I don't have the luxury of having the water delivered. Nor do I have the luxury of getting off right on time (4:00). So I have to take my gallons in. Twice I have been either 1 minute to 2 minute past 4:30. The ladys refuse to help by opening the doors to provide service. Awful service!"

"Chris did a great job of explaining the hardware and Culligan mobile app. And also getting everything setup for install. Chris even came back out to test the water to insure systems are working as should. Regarding the install, ask for Aaron! He did a great job taking out the old equipment, and installing the new. Attention to detail, tubing was neat cut to size, he made the tubing runs shorter to be efficient to deliver water quicker with delivery pump. And also explained the system in detail. Overall great service from Culligan Rockford."

"Delivery and installation was prompt and fast. Aaron was very helpful in explaining the system to me. He was very easygoing when he had to search outside, under my home for the water shut off because I didn’t know where it was. Now I do!I can’t comment on the performance yet due to just getting it.
