"Worst customer service ever ladies there are jerks it’s like they don’t know what the heck they are doing…."
"Would love to thank Loves Park Water Department for the great experience and knowledge that they had with the couple of issues that I came across in the purchase of my Loves Park home. Thank you all for the great service and wonderful work you do on a daily basis! I don't believe that you all get enough recognition for all your hard work that you do but I'm truly happy with the quick turnaround and dedication that you have to our wonderful city ♥️ !!!"
"This place must hire nothing but dumb people since they do not follow directions or maybe they are lazy and do not care but I called to advise that I was stopping payment due to check being afloat for 2 weeks so they were aware and would not cash the missing check in case it came in to prevent any fees on their end for stopping payment. Did as I was instructed! So what happens? They cash the check a couple days later and charge me $25 since they cashed it by mistake and it incurred a fee to which they must pass to me as they wont cover it. Pathetic excuse of a company to do this to a customer thats never been late and after the fact that I did exactly what they told me to do to avoid such fee."
"They are the ABSOLUTE WORST to deal with always threatening to shut people off. THEN even if they don't shut you off they will charge an extra $50. I got my bill at the later part of Feb. with the service date to of 2/3/2020. The bill I received in FEBRUARY with a due date of 2/28/20 said my water was due to be shut off on APRIL 17TH. WHAT? IT WAS A NEW BILL. Not a doubled bill just a new bill. I am sick of dealing with them."
"I agree with the other commenters above. As a web developer, I know how much it would take to set up online payments, and they should use some of our money to set this up. If I can take a credit card payment from my cell phone, they should at the very least be able to take credit cards at the office, as well as online. This is a huge inconvenience to citizens and needs to be resolved."
