"Not bad. We went for the Frisbee golf. Joshua park on the other side of Rock Falls is a little better in our opinion. But it is nice to have options."
"I love Nims park. This was the site of a 2013 Guinness world record achievement of 1620 holes played in 24 hours. Tees are dirt/grass, signage is sufficient. There were a lot of park-goers when I was there."
"Has a nice Frisbee golf course. Also nice access to the canal walk. Mature trees, shelter, and a playground."
"The equipment badly needs to be updated, but some of the older toys are still a lot of fun for the kids. The park district needs to unlock the bathrooms when spring starts! Keep expecting to be able to go pee when we get there after walking a long ways and Still not open! Very inconvenient! My little boy does have fun on the toys though."
"Mims Park is always VERY CLEAN and we are there annually for our Family reunion & picnic August 11, 2019. I've "retired" from having cleaned at local businesses (to MY HIGH STANDARDS,ask anyone - I don't cut corners on work that I do! Thank you whoever does a terrific job of maintaining Nims Park's great condition for people to use!"
