"I'm a construction worker from Milwaukee up here in Illinois to paint an airport. A co-worker and I attempted to go into the lobby which was closed. Our vehicles' too big to go through the drive-thru, so I waved at one of the employees to come by the door to speak with them briefly , the workers inside just looked at us. Didn't even give us 2 minutes of their time to explain to us why the lobby was closed or to offer us another way to receive service. Hardee's is still one of my favorites, and honestly this is my first and hopefully my only the bad experience with the franchise"
"So, I was super annoyed I had to wait over 5 min for my food. However, to my surprise, the French fries were pipping hot and when I took a bite out of my well constructed tightly wrapped burger, mind you it was after eating all my fries, the meat was just so tender and juicy and there was actual steam coming from the burger from how warm it was. I definitely recommend getting food from Hardee's."
"I come here often, never once have I been asked to pull around the side. When I questioned the worker. She rolled her eyes and said very rudely. Yes the door around the side. So I asked again. Which door? The front or the side? There's 2 entrances. She got even more rude, said turn left and park at the door and laughed at me, walked away and went and laughed about it with another worker. News flash, asking question doesn't warrant rude behavior. If one of my employees acted that way, they'd be written up. Learn customer service!"
