"UPDATE: i have received my wedding pics back and my photographer was able to capture the horrendous piece of wood they left out to be revealed before i made someone come back to fix it. this completely ruined my first look experience and i regret using plants n petals for this because i cried on my wedding day due to their carelessness. attached the photo at the end. Used this company for my wedding florals & decor. I do want to start off by saying they make really beautiful flower arrangements and I loved my flower arrangements. Chelsea was very sweet and worked hard to get my vision to come to life. For the flowers- We did have to have multiple conversations to get them right though. From the beginning, there seemed to be lots of miscommunication. The mockup that was done was not what I had asked for but it seemed that my ideas were miscommunicated. I had some new ideas that weren’t relayed correctly- No big deal, that's why a mockup is done. Chelsea told me she wanted to try to get a feel for how I would react to the mock- up. I'm sorry- if I'm spending $xx,xxx I do not want to be tested.They did not deliver exactly what i asked for at my sweetheart table, the flowers were supposed to cascade onto the ground and they didn't. Apparently there wasn't room on the stage, I can understand that- NBD but i was still charged for services that i didn't really receive. No one communicated changes to me. I just found out during the first look of the ballroom. There were wood pieces showing on the legs of the sweetheart table where they had wrapped the flowers which I forgot to take pictures of because I was so in shock. It was the most atrocious sight and absolutely ruined my first look experience. I started crying right before family photos and I had my wedding planner call someone to come back 30 min before my reception to fix it. A man came back to fix & It was a quick fix but I can't believe they left thinking that was okay. I don't know who approved that but it was a quick fix but I can't believe they left thinking that was okay. I don't know who approved that but it was not okay. My bouquet had these heinous sprouts coming out of it when I specifically asked for a rounded simple white rose bouquet. My wedding planner luckily ripped them out to give me the look I wanted. I even sent them a photo of what I wanted it to look like. The other complaint I have is from the rentals we used for the sweetheart table. They did not bother to clean the wall we used or the couch. This is actually gross. There were obvious dirt marks. That was just extremely careless and it seemed like they did not pay attention to details. If I'm paying over 20k, I do expect those details to be taken care of and executed flawlessly. Could they have brought in a different couch that wasn't stained? They sure could have. Especially because I saw multiple alonzo seats in their showroom. So this shows me that they were being careless. Nonetheless, the decor overall was beautiful and it worked out in the end because I demanded someone come back to fix it. I most definitely should not have had to do that though. Not thrilled with the quality of their work on that end. Definitely loved my arrangements though. Just some things to keep in mind for type A brides. Chelsea was really sweet but the girl who came to decorate (Bahara) really should've paid more attention to detail."
"Recently went in for a design consult with Chloe and I was really impressed. She was very knowledgable and understood my vision and spent adequate time with me. She later sent over the quote with the spreadsheet unlocked so I could make any necessary edits. I emailed her back with my changes with no issues. I r booked with them for my wedding at Chateau Cocomar. Their work is hands down beautiful and I am looking forward to seeing their work at my wedding."

She was so knowledgeable about what flowers and options for pipe and drape would look best, and she even went out of her way to purchase beautiful lanterns that I had seen online. I cannot recommend her team enough, such a dream to work with!"
