"Tried to place an order but took a few days to get back to me. Never received an invoice but the order was placed. Drove all the way from Houston to pick it up (a flower topper for a cake which they did once before in the past) and they couldn’t find my order. Once they found my “order” it was a few small dead flowers not in a topper form. No ranunculus flowers like promised and tried to charge me $38 for the dying flowers. Finally, went to check out their instagram a few days later and they blocked me for no reason. Unprofessional. I truly was understanding about all of the mishaps, didn’t get mad at anyone because accidents happen."
