"Valentine’s Day arrangements were horrible!! It looked nothing like the pictures!! I was ripped off!! Had to order my mother another arrangement the next day due to awful arrangements!! I felt like they just threw some cheap wilted flowers in a vase and charged me over $80!! I used them before and they missed the delivery time!! I should’ve known better this time!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Customer service is terrible!! Now respond back to this review with dignity and respect from a returning customer!!"
