I am very happy that majority of our guest were serviced to perfection. As many may know we 100% hand make all orders, we recently received extremely high order volumes in which this location has not experienced in a very long time. We try our best every single day to make the best memories for our guest although we do miss our mark occasionally. If we have failed to make your order as promised everyone was issued a prompt refund. Every year is definitely an improvement for us and we will continue to grow as a business. I do appreciate all the comments both positive and negative because it allows more room for growth. If it was that easy then everyone would do it right. I can guarantee that the black girl magic I sprinkle on this store really shines and we will never let anyone dim our light. I am super proud of my team that worked extremely hard and long to make sure EVERYONE has the best memories from us."

"Placed an order with this location online two days prior to V-Day 24 and to say the least was very disappointed! We never received our complete order which ruined the entire experience. I will say the manager that I spoke to was very apologetic and refunded the entire amount that was paid and that is the reason they got 1 star but the day was completely wrecked!! So think twice about ordering from this location which seems to be going through an employee transition."

"My sister and nephews ordered me Valentine’s Day treats from here and still true to the past reviews over 4 years they did not arrive on Valentine’s Day, i got them today (the next day) and not even in the morning, i received them at 4:40pm! This place needs better management STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! very disappointed."

"Was a recipient of an order that was supposed to be delivered the 14th. The order was never delivered nor was an update given to the one who had placed the order. After calling 30 times today, I finally got ahold of someone and was told they will deliver it today (the 15th). It’s now the evening , and they delivered an incomplete order (without contacting anyone to let us know they were out of stock on almost everything). Ruined Valentine’s Day and the absolute Worst location to order from."

"Dont waste your time here, I ordered a whole week before, and I got some ballons and a custom card, i poured my heart into it, and they just delivered the fruit basket. I tried calling yesterday, February 14, 2024, but never got an answer, probably from people calling about missing items. Called today, and all they said was sorry and gave me a refund for the missing ballons and custom card, which is to be expected, but they ruined my vallentines Day. I took my time writing what I wrote in that greeting card, and it never made it into my wife's hands. Tread lightly when ordering from this store!! As for me, I won't be ordering from here ever again."
