"Look people, if you read these reviews and still order from here you get what you deserve. I should have read the reviews before I purchased. However, I was in a hurry and they showed up high in the Google results so I went with it. In my opinion, the arrangement was made of left over or discarded flowers probably from another store. The flowers arrived when most people would have already went to bed. I am more disappointed in myself for not researching the business. Note to the owners of this establishment. At least go on You Tube or take a course in flower arrangements. You got me. Doesn’t happen often, so I respect the hustle. Congratulations. Won’t happen again."

"I ordered flowers from this flower shop and paid a lot of money for arrangement for my dad’s funeral this what the flowers looked like when we showed up to the church. This is very is Disrespectful and and rude to send dying flowers to a funeral. I called them to explain how the flowers looks and the lady on the phone was very rude and acted like I was lying about it. DO NOT order flowers from this shop you will be very disappointed."

"The reviews do not match the service I received, I ordered on line and miss keyed my CC, they took the time to call me and text and sent a email so I would not miss the delivery window. I called to follow up on the delivery since it was a surprise. They were happy to give me a update and to let me know it was delivered. My wife love the arrangement. This is the second time I used them, and I will be using them again!!!!"

"This business is a complete misrepresentation. Our daughter from LA ordered flowers for my birthday thinking this florist was in The Woodlands. Not even close. The arrangement was delivered mid afternoon and the 3 bird of paradise flowers were already dead! My husband and I drove to the shop this morning to request they fix this matter and were aghast at what we found! Windows boarded over and a different name on the store front and a small sign near the door that said Woodland Flowers too?? We took pictures and drove away. I called my daughter and suggested she demand to be reimbursed and I noticed numerous others posted similar issues."
