"I wouldn’t give this place a single star, honestly. We had a funeral for a loved one and ordered flowers. The flowers never arrived. When the organizer of the order called the florist about it AFTER the service, they offered to make the delivery the next business day, however, we have a large family and we wanted a certain person to receive the flowers, but that person lives outside of the delivery radius. The organizer told the florist this, and the florist said ok, they would work on a refund. The florist then contacted a relative that was local to the florist (I assume they found this through the funeral location) and said they’d be making a delivery on the next business day, but they had already told our organizer that they would work on a refund. I do understand how there was a mixup in the first place, as there happened to be two funerals with the same last name, however, the funerals were not in the same location. The funerals were also on different days. The florist SHOULD have immediately offered a refund or an alternate solution, but when the refund was requested, the florist should not have contacted the grieving family of the deceased. When a company messes up, they need to work to please the customer, not do what they can to recoup the financial loss caused by their own mistake. Don’t even waste your time with this florist. Read the reviews and you’ll see REPEATED complaints about missing orders and missing refunds. The money ended up being refunded, but the decision made by the florist to contact grieving relatives left an awkward situation since we didn’t send the flowers in the end. The shop owner should really look at their customer service procedures and while I don’t agree that the customer is ALWAYS right, in a situation where you, the florist, made a pretty incredible mistake, such as failing to deliver funeral flowers in time for a funeral, the customer is definitely right and deserves a hassle-free path to a refund, without the “creative” solutions that leave the customer in an uncomfortable situation. DIY flowers from Kroger are a better plan than ordering from here. At least they’ll arrive on time!"

"My mom and I have used the Blossom Shop since we moved to Conroe in '69. I ordered flowers for my aunt's casket asking for color and fullness. Jeanie went beyond my expectations. I had so many comments about how beautiful they were. Will be calling back for more flowers for her Celebration of Life. Thank you Jeanie for making our day a little easier with the beauty of flowers."

"I received flowers for my hospital stay. All of my previous Blossom Shop flowers were top-notch. These were not the same. Hesitantly, I called them to kindly (I hope!) talk about it. I emailed photos & they insisted on customer satisfaction. They sent out a beautiful replacement of their typical artistic quality. I highly recommend you to choose them for your floral needs."
