"This place is absolutely horrible!! I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to a funeral that I wasn’t able to attend. I noticed that the status of my order never changed even after the funeral service started. I contacted them and they tell me that my order won’t be delivered! This is extremely unprofessional and insensitive to those of us that are grieving!! I am not only heartbroken but feel like a horrible person now that I couldn’t go to the funeral nor have flowers delivered in my absence. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!"

"I was so disappointed when I opened my 2 dozen red roses. As I'm pulling them out of the box, the pedals fell to the floor! They were dry and did not have the flower powder to norish roses.. As much as roses cost, you'd expect to get quality. It was a night mare to walk in my office to see pedals and leaves on the floor. Just heart breaking! Just horrible!"
