"I would give this company zero stars if I could. I should've read the reviews. It took 6 days for my flowers to arrive at the recipient's home, and THE FLOWER ARRANGEMENT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WORST COMPANY IN AMERICA FOR FLOWER DELIVERY. I wasted my money and didn't give my friend what I really wanted to give her. Shame on you, Blossom. You deceive people and steal their hard earned money. Can't wait until BBB closes you down. I'm so disappointed."

"I paid for expedited delivery and it arrived a couple of minutes late. A couple of minutes late makes a difference when you pay extra for it to be delivered a certain time. I tried to contact them but that was unsuccessful so I sent an email and I didn’t get a response from them until two days AFTER. Also, the handwriting on the card was so TACKY. Very unprofessional and ugly. I would’ve wrote it better. Although the flowers were delivered; it wasn’t on time, lack of communication and ugly handwriting. Never again. Don’t recommend."

"This has got to be the worst floral company in Texas. I placed an order to be delivered before 1pm, I paid extra for that. They delivered it at 3:25pm. The roses were dying, the petals were falling apart, most of the roses weren’t even closed. My wife was so upset, that she sent them back. Even the delivery driver couldn’t believe it. They refused to refund my money. DO NOT order anything from these people"

"I ordered from them for 15 years until today. They have forgotten to deliver to my wife once, failed to deliver to my best friends moms funeral once and now failed to have a $150 floral arrangement for Valentine’s ready for pick up at a scheduled time. Their Flower arrangements have gotten smaller over the years, the phone assistance worse with non-English speaking help and on top of it poor quality flowers. Go elsewhere"

"The order was for a special surprise for my wife was not delivered nor contact to the appropriate people. The delivery text regarding non delivery was received when the roses were to be delivered.Thebirthday party was located in a different town than we live in (apx 1 hr drive away). No one to talk to at customer service to solve the issue. All communication would have to be next day. The specific time and day was supplied when ordering as stated on the website. The issue has not been resolved yet. Tomorrow hopefully! Ps. Would love to had pictures of the rose bouquet however they were not delivered."
