"By far the WORST PAWN SHOP!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !! THE WORST MANAGEMENT!!!! They ask for your DL OR ID to do a transaction and don’t even give it back ! The rep there asked me for DL and she didn’t give it back and I was in a rush that I left without my Dl when I called back for DL she said they had it and to go pick it up when I went to go pick up they told me they didn’t have it ! How are you gonna not have your CUSTOMERS DL OR ID ?? And not even apologize nor care that they lost your DL . I spoke to Lorena a “manager” there and not once did she even apologize for losing my DL , ALL SHE SAID IS THEY DONT HAVE IT so too bad so sad for me that they lost my DL . This place is so UNORGANIZED , UNPROFESSIONAL people be aware of the UNEDUCATED , UNPLEASANT, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEES THAT WORK HERE !!!!!!GO ELSEWHERE !!!!!!"
