"I just love my local florist and decided to use their delivery service. I understand my local shop has very little control over what other shops do in other states. This is what I ordered and this is what was delivered. I was called about the container saying they did not have what I ordered and delivery was done the day I ordered. That was great. I must say I was not that impressed with the arrangement. I was not offered a discount and it sure looks a little thin on the flowers. Nothing like what I ordered."

"2nd time I've ordered from 1800 and they used this company....and 2nd time it was a nightmare getting them delivered. First time I paid extra for them to be delivered in a time window and that window was missed.....1800 refunded me. 2nd time which was today, 10/9 the flowers were being delivered to a business during working out. The driver called and my partner didn't answer because she's working...and its 2023....people don't answer numbers they don't recognize due to spam. So the order initially was marked as undeliverable instead of leaving a voice mail or text to try to get ahold of the recipient. Once my girl got out of the meeting and called back....he was one of the rudest people she's ever delt with because she didn't answer the phone when he called....because she didn't know the number and she wasn't expecting flowers. So to the owner of Sicola's....whoever delivered today to Marathon Oil...you need to fire that person because they obviously hate the fact they are only educated enough to be a flower delivery person and they need to just go work for uber eats where they don't have to interact with other people because their bad decision today is probably not the only time they have done this....which is why your company had 3.6/5 rating....Hire slow, fire fast is the best advice I can give you"

"Every time someone orders me flowers from 1800flowers, they come from this florist. They are always underwhelming. There are much better values in Houston if you work directly with the florist. You can easily get the broken,wilted bouquets that people are paying $50-$100 for here for $20 at H‑E‑B. In fact, I’d argue a $20 bouquet at H‑E‑B is considerably nicer. It just sucks that because people went the convenient route, Sicola’s takes advantage of the fact that no polite person is going to tell the sender that the flowers they received aren’t worth the money the sender spent."

"I have received and ordered sympathy plants from Sicola's before and was very pleased but this was the first time I ordered flowers and I was very happy with the pictures the recipients sent me of the flowers they received. They were beautiful and looked exactly like the flowers on the website (which is rare as I have ordered from other places and they never look as good as they did online). I ordered directly from Sicola's website and it was easy and best of all they offer free local delivery. I am very happy with my experience and I would definitely order from them again!!!"
