"This is my first ever experience sending a friend flowers on her birthday and I was disappointed to say the least. Not only do the flowers not look like the ones I ordered, but they were delivered a day late even though I had ordered them 2 days ahead of time. I was called the day off to say the flowers may be delayed time wise due to rain, but to not be delivered the day of her birthday at all was very upsetting. Never again."
