"I ordered a lovely bouquet for my mom’s birthday through Teleflora and unfortunately they assigned this florist to her. What came was much more sparse than what I bought online; additionally, two flowers (a lily and rose) were missing off their stems and two (carnations) were broken in half upon delivery. The lilies were wide open with maybe a day left before they start to droop. I feel robbed and am very sorry that this was what she received for her special birthday. I would not recommend this place."

"I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement for a dear family friend funeral service, and when I got there I didn't see our flower arrangement long in behold the flowers were in the coffee room. They looked horrible for any dollar amount. I was so mortified, mad & embarrassed. I quickly realized they were here for that particular reason. Dead flowers are not appropriate for a funeral. I immediately called the flower shop and they were closed already. Tried to leave a message but it was full and just hung up.At the time of packing up the flowers I requested that our arrangement was left behind. You be the judge. I'm hoping the flower shop will work something out with me. This was the last thing on my mind to be worrying about. I'm very upset with this situation."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. There is a reason they have a 2.7 average. My mother and father in law (who are BOTH FLORISTS) sent me an arrangement for my birthday. When I received it, I sent them a photo to let them know the flowers had been delivered. That is when I found out that the flowers I was actually sent were not even close to what was ordered or paid for. They had ordered a larger, more expensive arrangement as they are very generous and what I got was a small, cheap arrangement that ONE DAY LATER is already wilting with petals falling off as you can see in the photo. My father in law called and they did agree to replace the flowers, but I have now been waiting for two days for them to do so. When I spoke with an employee yesterday, they refused to deliver the flowers to my office, which is one block from my home. Then, I was promised delivery this morning and at 11:50am had not heard from them. When I called the owner she blamed her designer for the arrangement and told me they absolutely could not issue a refund even though it is now two days past my birthday and I will be going out of town and not able to actually enjoy the flowers if they ever get here. So disappointing and would never give them my business again."
