"I had placed an order for flowers to be sent to my girlfriend for her birthday. The flower Bucket had great reviews, so I decided to use their delivery services since I currently work out of state. Specific flowers were mentioned and the overall selection & orientation was decided by the Flower Bucket. The delivery was very quick, but there were a few issues. The flowers that were delivered to my girlfriend were damaged, none of the flowers did not look fresh, and the flower combination was limited & not what was discussed over the phone (Snapdragon, Blue Delphinium, Iris, Lily, etc.). My Girlfriend's name was incorrectly labeled, & the note I had emailed to be provided with the flowers was not present. These issues were mentioned to the Flower Bucket via email, & I got an immediate response from the Manager who apologized for the issues and mentioned that new/fresh flowers would be personally delivered & all issues would be corrected. The flowers that were delivered were exactly as discussed, and the customer service was amazing. Although there was a slight inconvenience initially, Keke provided excellent customer service, exceeding what I was expecting. I'll definitely keep using the Flower Bucket for flower deliveries."

My entire family gasped as they saw them, they were all left in awe.
