"Once a year, I order birthday flowers for my best friend and on occasion, may send her some just for being an awesome friend. I always order directly from florists in the delivery area instead of a flower service because you get better control over what you order and the quality. I have ordered from Classy Design more than once and their flowers are BEAUTIFUL! They're fresh and last a long time. If there's any reason they have to differ from what you order online, they call you and work with you on a substitution. The changes are just as great as shown online. I highly recommend them!"

"I am from out of state CA sending flowers to my mother-in-law in Huston TX, who I do not speak with (since my husband doesn't have a relationship with his mom) so I wanted to send something special for mother's day. I really wanted to make sure that I could send her something that she would really like, so I wanted it to be perfect. So I asked to get updated on the delivery and a photo of the finished arrangement. I got one picture and it was beautiful arrangement but I asked to get the white carnations removed as there were too many, and what I asked for was all pink spray roses so I paid for the Deluxe ($52.00 Arrangement +$19.00 delivery +5.86 Tax= $76.86) to make sure it was full of roses . They responded with "OK" and never send me a final picture of the arrangement or update on when the flowers were delivered. Although, they said they would text or email me. I will never know how the arrangement came out since I do not speak with my mother-in-law and it's a bummer that I couldn't experience the final product. What I wanted to order online was not available and they free styled an arrangement. I am bothered that I wasn't fully taken care of in customer service. They said I did not ask for another picture and just to ask her to send me a picture. I told them when I placed the order that I do NOT speak to my mother-in-law, so just make sure to be very specific on what you ask for. Update: So I guess the flowers did get my mother in law to talk to us and she send me a picture. But what a disappointment. The vase looks empty compared to what the first picture that was shown with the white carnations. They told me over the phone that they would take out the white carnations and add more spray roses. The vase looks empty. For the price it was not worth it. I really wish I would have received a second picture for approval."
