"Made a order for Valentine’s Day I said if they couldn’t deliver to my wife’s job by 5pm to deliver to my home. I told them if it was gonna deliver the next day I wouldn’t want the flowers. Never agreed to have it deliver the next day. I called over 20 times before I got a hold of them."

Called multiple times they would answer then hang up, I got a hold of them they told me they missed the delivery and would have to deliver another day. I can’t speak about the product but the customer service is sub par and would recommend flower delivery Houston if chimney rock instead of this company they are much more professional and organized."

"Received flowers from my daughter, it’s my birthday. Unfortunately 30% of the arrangement has no flowers. I spoke with an employee who stated the delivery person must have removed the flowers. She spoke with the owner aka her boss. I sent photos to them they said the arrangement had all the flowers it was going to get. They are not willing to correct the unprofessional arrangement. So they don’t have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, I guess the florist doesn’t really hand deliver. My children work very hard for their money and I’m sad they spent it at the delusional Illusion Flower shop."
