"Rob is an incredible dog walker. We love the automatic updates and pictures we get from their app. He is so living and kind with the dogs and his communication is impeccable. Our pets are the loves of our lives and it’s such a relief to be able to have someone to trust to take care of them."
"We did the trial for two weeks. They will put a QR code on your door to scan in and out when they get there and leave, but during COVID the app gave them permission to scan in and out remotely on their app to minimize close contact. Let me preface this by saying I wouldn't mind if a walk had to be cut short for whatever reason. I'm not trying to nitpick time or money. Today I went to run an errand and our walker (Jezeraie) came to pick him up while I was gone. I was gone for about 40 mins or so and my dog was back when I got home. I figured I probably just missed her on either end. Well their Pet Check service said she was still out on a walk with my dog. She checked out of the walk a couple minutes later. I have a smart lock that logs all of the times our door was unlocked and opened. Turns out she was regularly dropping our dog off and then logging out of the app about 5 minutes later. When I asked her about it she said she was ensuring that we got our full 30 min walk. Again, I don't care about 5 minutes sometimes as long as they're honest about it. Not much difference between a 25 or 30 minute walk. But when they start lying about things is when I get concerned. How can I trust you with my dog if I can't even trust you to properly log your time in the app? Dishonest dog walkers is very much a no-go for me. Definitely do not use this walker, or if you do, make sure you are monitoring the times that your dog is out. Very very bad experience. It makes me uneasy just thinking about giving someone a key to our house that would lie about anything like this. I also looked back through my chat messages with Rob, the manager, and not once did he apologize or say sorry. Just lots and lots of excuses. *EDIT* After going through my smart lock app, we were supposed to get 1 hour long walks on June 1st, 2nd, 7th, 8th, and 9th. We were billed for an hour. These times were taken from when the door was first unlocked to when it was closed and locked after the walk. Basically the same time that would have been logged had Jezeraie actually scanned the QR code that they put on our door. 6/1: 12:15 - 13:19 64 mins 6/2: 12:28 - 13:20 52 mins 6/7: 12:09 - 12:46 37 mins 6/8: 12:57 - 13:49 52 mins 6/9: 12:40 - 13:27 47 mins We got the full hour on one of those days. 37 mins on another. Then all three days this week were under the 30 mins we paid for. So out of 8 days walked, we got what we paid for on only the first day. These people are scammers. Completely terrible company."
"Sergio, the manager I dealt with directly, was unprofessional. No professional or proper communication skills via email or text. Did not introduce himself via text when he messaged me. Was not warm and friendly when he came to my house for the meet and greet. I chose to not hire them based on lack of friendliness and lack of professionalism."
"Amazing. Here is how I went about hiring the best furry pet (dog) walking professional. I say professional because there are people out there who will walk a dog, but, I wanted someone who was able to understand my little dog’s anxieties and little differences. So, I noticed Rommel walking a few dogs from my building at the same time and all the dogs were smiling. I wanted that for my little one! My little dog has changed so much. He now is open to more dogs on the sidewalks, etc. He has met several dogs in the building and enjoys the “pack”. Rommel has a keen understanding for what my little dog needed in the way of navigating more peaceful walks. Rob, the owner is very good as well and together they are very organized, timely and professional! Thank you!"
