"A day late on delivery then the,then the day they finally got delivered some flowers were broken the driver left the flowers at the front desk and told the receptionist that he didn't know who they were for and left. So again got them AND DAMAGE."

"I ordered flowers for my Mom at 8:30 am, it's 5:00 pm and the flowers were not delivered. I couldn't get in touch with anybody at the office. What kind of florist doesn’t deliver the flowers? I’ve been calling since noon today, not one time did somebody answer. My mom never received her flowers either. I will be coming to the office tomorrow morning and I better get a refund. I have NEVER ordered from a small business and this is EXACTLY WHY I chose not to. I wanted to give it a chance, and I am so mad at myself for not ordering them from Kroger or H-E-B. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM HERE EVER"

"Terrible place! Please stay away! My mom ordered flowers for my Birthday and she was following up the day of my Birthday, hoping I will get them as a surprise. She was very excited and waiting for me to receive them... so she called the florist at noon asking for status and they told her that delivery person was already on its way to deliver the flowers to my apartment. This florist is 14 minutes away from my apt...so you would never think that it would take longer than an hour... so it was around 6pm when my mom, very frustrated told me about it. She told me that she had ordered flowers for me that never showed up, she was feeling so sad she started crying on the phone. She tried calling the florist around 4, before they closed at 5, but nobody answered. She lives outside the US, so you could just imagine how terrible and angry I felt that my mom was feeling sad and these people made her cry on my Birthday!!. Thanks for such a bad experience. I was even scared that this company was a scam and they might have stolen the money from her, not showing up. My mom received at almost 7pm an email with a delivery confirmation stating they had delivered the flowers. Guess what? There were no flowers showing at my door, not I heard anyone knock on the door. I had been there all day!!!! At almost 8pm, I opened my front door and THE FLOWERS WHERE THERE. I still don't understand what happened. But I am almost sure that they arrived extremely late to deliver or just left the flowers at the wrong apartment number... my mom was able to contacy someone later that night, and they told her they knocked at my door around 6pm and no one opened... I was sitting on the couch right next to the door at that exact time!! And also told her they called my phone and that nobody answered. Well I didn't have any missed calls. Please do yourself a favor and don't order from this business unless you want the flowers delivered very very late in the night or never at all!!!"

"Requested delivery by 2pm, they got there close to 4pm after office closed Note: I see they left a response, but they are incorrect. They "girl on the phone" clearly stated they would get there by 2pm. I told her the office closed by 3pm. I'm not dumb enough to order flowers that might arrive an hour after closing. I suspect the person taking the order figured it would work out so told me it would make it but this was not the case."

"They never promised a time since i ordered online and nowhere does it say they will deliver by the time you put in the notes. I called later in the day to check up on the order. The women on the phone told me they should be delivered around 3 and they were and they looked great. I will continue using them. Some of these reviews after reading seem very impatient. Things happen all the time especially around holidays. I see that if they do mess up which will happen time from time they will reimburse your money. For a same day order and delivery i can't complain one bit."
