"Sparky steps is absolutely amazing!! I have been using them since 2019. I have a small terrier and pitbull so I’ve done a lot of research on the different companies within Chicago. I am very particular with who walks my pups (obviously because pitbulls get a bad reputation). Sparky steps is unique because they have the most competitive prices in Chicago. They also have a pet-sitter option with three visits in a day versus an over-night stay which I like. I have used them on multiple trips out of state and have never had an issue. I love the app they use as well so that I can book appointments and see the visits once they are completed. Ultimately, Maaya and Michael are amazing and I trust them with my dogs 100%. "I've been using Sparky Steps since June, and I can't say enough. They are reliable, safe, great with my dog and my bird, and most importantly, communicative. There are almost never issues, but the few times there are (a dead phone battery, or I forgot to adjust my hours for the holidays, and that's all I can think of) they communicate with me directly. That's my favorite part. The owner, Michael, is hands-on and passionate. My walker (a different Michael) is consistent and takes wonderful pictures of my dog and gives great write-ups every single day. I can count on them. As long as I'm in Chicago, I'll be using them."
