"I will start my review with I was greeted over the phone and needing an arrangement delivered same day for a loss. They took my order no hesitation and were very helpful. We ended up going with the premium tranquility arrangement and it ended up being about $130 delivered to Hockley. I am only giving 4 stars on my review because of two reasons-I never received any final amount over the phone or email confirmation/receipt for the amount it would cost (which wasn’t a huge issue at all) but the note delivered with the flowers was written wrong and suppose to read “Thinking of you and your family, Captain.” -Station 3 C Shift and instead it read “Thinking of you and your Captain” which was a little embarrassing since it was for our Captain’s father passing away! The arrangement was very nice, and it was delivered same day as promised."
