"Giving the floral arrangement section of this location a 1 star if a zero star were an option I’d pick that as the customer service in this department is disgraceful. I had the unfortunate situation where I had to deal with a CSR named Autumn. She was full of attitude and nasty looks, you don’t want to work or deal with customers who simply need prices on the arrangements you shouldn’t be working with people then. Maybe have price’s labeled on the arrangements so you don’t have to show your nasty attitude to customers when they request prices. Fix your attitude as it will get you nowhere in life."

"Watch for sales on items , will have in Bold letters price locked and sale price , in small fine letters if you buy 6 or more , Such a great way to fool your customers! Go to H-E-B upfront sales and no fine print you will miss"

"I’m giving 2 stars to the bakery department I ordered my daughter’s cupcakes 2 weeks in advance. They never once called me first to say it was ready I called them. When I arrived the cupcakes were laying out un opened of course but they weren’t refrigerated. That’s unacceptable. It’s for a 2 year olds birthday, the least they could have done was refrigerate it till I got there. The manager has an attitude when you call also. Poor service, won’t be back."

"This Kroger always disappoints. Anytime I try to give them a chance they ruin my experience every time. My husband picked up stuff for dinner tonight and grabbed expired bob evens farm-fresh goodness side dishes along with some old expired marinated chicken… someone isn’t keeping up with the expired items because this is not the first encounter. I’ve bought cheese cubes for my cheese board (which aren’t cheap) and they were slimy, moldy, and expired as well!"
