"This is the only place that our small dog, who is ill tempered about nail trimming, will go in grumpy and come out happy! He gets nail clipping, not Dremel filing. The groomers and staff have always been gentle with him, and tolerant of his sometimes grouchiness. They have the knack of making it less traumatic, getting the perfect length, and making him feel loved all at once. And may I say, they are VERY MUCH appreciated!"
