I loved that they were able to stay in the same room together as one of our pups has separation anxiety, within minutes they were settled in and acted like they had been there forever. "Axel spent a long weekend at Heritage Valley Farm, this was his first visit and I can't say enough good things about their service. They quickly responded to my messages prior to his stay and messaged me several times during his stay to keep me informed on how we was adjusting to a new place. I felt very comfortable knowing that he was being treated like family. There was not one minute while we were away that I wondered about him, I knew he was having as much fun as we were. I am grateful for everything they did to make him and I comfortable during his stay. Reasonably priced, awesome staff and each dog had their own suite so we were able to bring his kennel from home so he would be comfortable. Will definitely use their service again."
