"my friend ordered me birthday flowers from prosper blooms on Saturday and sadly they started to welt and die within hours after receiving them?!! They didnt even last a day! that has never ever happened before, so it was shocking to see. I feel like they gave us old flowers and charged her for new healthy flowers. I will not order from them if this is what my friends will receive. :( They get a D- from this birthday girl!"

I was in a time crunch to get anniversary flowers for my in-laws, Joy was very attentive and kind over the phone while placing my order. Flowers we’re beautiful for the occasion, arrived within two hours of placing the order and delivery driver let me know as soon they were dropped off! My daughter loved it. I placed the order over the phone and provided payment information. I received a text alert when the flower arrangement was ready. Another text when the delivery occurred. I was in a hurry to make this happen and the staff made me look like the hero by making a last minute delivery. "I stopped by Prosper Blooms on the Saturday before Easter desperate for help. It was my daughter's prom day and the flower shop that made the corsage and boutonniere did not make them very well. They looked nothing like what we had asked for and they were closed for the weekend so I had no way to do anything about it. So, when I show up to Prosper Blooms, I told them the situation and the went to work. Nevermind the fact that they were actually closed for the holiday weekend AND 5 minutes from pulling out with a van full of wedding flowers. They still took the time to make sure my baby had exactly what she needed for her special day. And after all they did for me that day, they still stopped to pray for my family and I before I left. I honestly did not expect to get a lot of help that morning, but I got so much more than flowers. The whole family touched my heart and I can't thank them enough. I will forever be a Prosper Blooms customer and cannot recommend them enough. Not only is their work beautiful, but their kindness is beyond compare.
