The proprietor took detailed notes regarding colors for the funeral spray. I gave him my credit card and a maximum dollar figure to spend. The flowers arrived and they were beautiful. In fact they exceeded my expectations. When my credit card bill arrived, the charge was for LESS than I had authorized.
