"Went to the store on a Friday around 11AM; 2 customers being helped by 2 associates. Manager came out from the back and asked our information I "thought" to check us in. She then returned to the back office. 2 additional Associate arrived to the store around 11:30; also went to the back. The ENTIRE time we were there - only 2 of the 5 associates were working while 7 customers were in the lobby waiting. Took over an hour of waiting to pick up phones I ordered online. Clarance is an amazing associate and seem to care more about the customers waiting than the actual manager. Sad for those employees that have to work for a manager that doesnt seem to care."
