"This used to be my go-to Target. We live closer to this one and I could usually find what I needed. They have expanded their food selection but it is not somewhere one could probably get everything they need, though I could be wrong. They pretty much have all frozen or shelf stable food with very little fresh vegetables/fruits available. The biggest reason why I am giving them 3 stars and not more is that they have moved 90% of their registers to self-check out. This is a cop-out to me and I was so disappointed to see this. It removes that customer service experience that people need and it is just lazy business in my opinion. I know that so many places are moving in that direction though so I guess it was inevitable. They don't have much available for men, including clothing and shoes. Other than that, you can probably find the things you need if it isn't too fancy."
"Poor customer service by Damia. She looks stupid and ignorant, anyway. What do I expect? I was there to pick up my order, she scanned my barcode and told her I'll be at Starbucks because they messed up my drink. I went back to the customer service area in 2 minutes but she didn't have my order ready. She was helping another customer so I waited. When she was done a lady appeared in front of me telling me she was ahead of me, but it was not her fault because she didn't know. I asked Damia why don't you have my item ready? She said she has to help a customer in front of her but when I came up to pick up my order there was nobody behind me. She should have gone to the get my order so it's ready when I get back. Poor customer service doesn't know any better. Target should not hire someone who is incompetent. I'm mad because she's making me feel stupid like she didn't recognize I was in front of her 4 niutes ago. I have no compassion for people who is in customer service industry and has no shame in making their customer feel stupid and doesn't even apologize. The best thing is I try to call the store and nobody answers the phone. Where is the LOD and store managers? Target is not like what it used to be. It's a shame."
"All of the registers appear to have been turned into automated checkouts. My experience is very neutral at this location. I don't shop here too often and probably will shop here less since the store always feels so empty and now it feels even more empty."
"My wife and I are not fans of Target. This one is like all the rest. They try to be a higher end Walmart, but they no longer have great prices and they don't have any better brands than any other store. Plus, they are getting very disorganized (clothes and other items misplaced by customers and no one there to reset the stock). Nothing at this store entices us to come back. I came here to buy a birthday cake. What I discovered was they have no bakery section and no fresh bakery anything. There was a little frozen stuff, but overall, the grocery section was sad. I was shocked to see that the entire fresh produce area was a single large table! And the produce didn't look all that fresh either. I've lived in tiny mountain towns in Colorado, and this place was a joke compared to even small grocery stores or a Walmart in a mountain town of 7,000 people. I don't know why they bother. The dry goods and frozen goods looked fairly well stocked, but I was looking for a fresh cake, not those items, so my trip to this store was a waste of time. I won't be back unless they happen to advertise something I can't find anywhere else."
"I have been shopping at this Target for years ever since it opened. I used to come in a lot when I worked over here. Itโs a smaller Target so itโs easier to get in and out of. But it also doesnโt carry all the brands. The only things that I have noticed that they have is certain hair care product brands. So you either have to order online and pick up in store or go to the SuperTarget on the other side of town. Otherwise, this is a great Target to get in and out of it."
