I have had stapes surgery in L & R ears as well. My hearing loss is mixed and severe. I have been to other hearing facilities. Thier little table top hearing test machine, combined with little knowledge of ear issues, was not for me! I didnt need a sales person. I needed an educated audiologist to fit me with hearing devices to regain hearing! Billy Hayes was educated on all my ear issues!
