"I love abbco. I am currently lead in Wentzville at one of the high-schools. I love the high-school I'm at. Does it get crazy and stressful. Ohh yes. But what job is not stressful at times. I have been with abbco for a year in January. I have grown so much since being with abbco. I've learned how to use different machines, and how to handle certain situations. With my old company they never took the time to train me as a lead. But with abbco, they sure did believe in me and they have really showed me how to be a successful lead."

"I started on November 6th wasn’t even there an entire week and got fired because my managers assistant “ doesn’t like my work “ lol but my manager said I was doing a good job and he liked my work. I only met his assistant 3 times and they were very brief and one day she called me and said if I didn’t have anything to do to go home. THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and they have horrible communication. I do not recommend at all. I have also contacted HR about me being fired. Cause it’s very suspicious. How can you fire someone you have only trained ONE DAY. I was working at KIPP HIGHSCHOOL ON JEFFERSON."

"The Managers Do Not Train Properly Expect So Much Work For Small Amount Of Pay The Company Don’t Hire People Quick Enough To Fill Positions Area Managers Aren’t To Be Trusted They Lie About Doing Interviews And Hiring People They Do Not Treat People With Respect Within A Few Weeks Have Lost Multiple Employees Hmmm!! I Wonder Why No One Wants To Work With Managers That Abuse Their Authority Talking To People With Respect Should Be The Goal Also Managers Need To Know They Shouldn’t Gossip About People That Could Posssibly Have A Disability On The Job It’s Called Discrimination!!! An Employee Was So Called Drunk On The Job And Was Very Hostile And Ready To Fight Another Employee This Incident Was Not Reported To Human Resources In Fact The Guy Was Coming Back To Work The Next Day That Should Have Been Reported To Human Resources But it Wasn’t (North Tech) Doing The Right Thing Is What I Believe In This Company Should As People Being Treated Fairly Is What’s Important!! Also If working in multiple positions they should consider extra pay haven’t heard or seen the union rep but the union dues come from our pay check somebody need to step they game up!!! And oh yeah supervisors can disrespect you you treat you unfairly just don’t do it to them LOL!!! Also supervisors can text youre phone but if you text their phone then it’s against company policy these people are some CLOWNS.The minute you speak up for you’re self against the manager then you will deal with work place retaliation.The company will continue to have supervisors that aren’t any good but us employees need to get in touch with union for grievance purposes.And at times it seems like it could be a race thing but us people of color will always have a voice and speak up for ourselves!! Abbco must have plenty of supervisors and area managers that just don’t do the right thing.I have even been threatened by a manager also communicating at times is horrible within area manager and supervisor Also the floors in this building is horrible tiles got replaced in ceiling and it’s white residue all over floor it’s been there for two weeks.Stains and water marks on A side of hallway for weeks as well some one isn’t doing there job.Someone needs to step there managing skills up and correct issues. Also manager allows coworker kids on property and to be in the building quick to give write up and not even for a good legit reason.(OKSANA) will argue with an employee and make employees do more work than necessary.Closing gates washing mops rags etc. why should someone work they shift and wash cleaning utensils. OKSANA Also gossip to other employees this type of behavior is very tacky."

"Currently working and supervisor, had to get security to get an employee off property after almost attacking me and he was let back on same shift and me moved to an earlier shift. Doesn't care about facilities being cleaned bc I'm being blamed for making them work while the other supervisor and manager lets their crew sit around in office doing nothing. The manager has harassed and bullied me from the beginning, she has all her favorites ( I'm white and one more person) she's black and all the employees, after the guy was removed he was allowed back and I was asked to move shifts bc some ppl won't listen to certain ppl. Well they are just sitting on the job so don't call me when nothing's done. So Teresa dortch has no experience and bullied ppl and joey allows it. I wasn't even told about the shift change from Teresa, all her favorites was in office telling me and laughing, so they encourage harassment and bullying I worked here before and this company took over October 23 and now having problems."
