"I have concerns with my AC/Furnace unit that was installed. I have left numerous messages in the last few months and have not heard anything from this company. I have called in the past for things and it always took a long time to hear back. When we first got our unit installed, it took them a couple months to grab the old unit when they were supposed to take it right away. We were understanding for awhile, but after a bit, we're very annoyed. I would not recommend this company."
