"Stayed this past weekend, reservation wasn't under my name. The room wasn't ready when we arrived an hour and a half after the check in time. The website was misleading when it came to parking, it said valet was complimentary but made no mention that they charge guests for overnight parking. I canceled my spot hero on this assumption and ended up paying more for parking than I originally planned. The steam room in the men's locker room was out of order the whole weekend, it was one of the reasons we chose this place. The room was nice and the staff was helpful and kind but the lobby felt cramped."

"Great hotel. Very nice. Very clean. Rooms are large and very comfortable. The best shower pressure I have ever encountered in a hotel. The bar and restaurant are also great. Parking is not available nearby; you must valet and it is pricey at $78 per day."

"I stayed at Nobu Hotel Chicago on a Saturday night in December and had a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, the service was top notch. Ashley at the front desk was kind and welcoming and offered a sake shot and warm towel, while showing me to the elevators and explaining the hotel amenities. The room was spotless with a gorgeous modern look and my city view was perfect. Despite being right over the very busy Randolph Street, the room was not noisy. Room service came very quickly in the morning and it was simple to order from the tablet in the room. The 1-2 men working the valet around 10:30am on Sunday were clearly overwhelmed by the volume of guests requesting cars right around check-out time, and the wait was quite long. If you use valet, consider leaving a bit earlier or calling down for your car before checking out."

"We just stayed at the hotel for a birthday celebration. When I called to check in if we could do an early check in, I was connected with a central customer service. I was connected to an agent who seriously couldn’t have been more rude. I then called another number I found online to connect directly to Chicago. I was fortunate to connect with Juan who was amazing, helpful and literally went above and beyond to give us an amazing stay. Room is gorgeous. Bar is great. Service is perfect. It’s hard to find amazing customer service these days and every person we encountered at Nobu were great."

"Great hotel! Stayed here with my husband and friends for a fundraiser/gala that was being held nearby. The location is fab, chic and modern design, really nice staff. They have Dyson hair dryers and a flat iron in the room - a girls dream come true! Definitely go up to the rooftop bar - it was a highlight for us. The gym was decent sized for a hotel and the pool was pretty cool (sultry and moody on a lower level which was different.) we opted to walk to Beatrix for brunch. Lots of great breakfast and dinner spots nearby. While I love the Peninsula for an upscale family weekend, we will definitely stay here again as a couple for one-off nights."
