"I went here for my birthday. I loved the fireplace and welcoming dog station for the dogs staying at the hotel. The bartender there was very friendly and was knowledgeable on the drinks. The room was clean. I wish they had a small refrigerator. I had throw out my birthday cake because I couldn’t refrigerate it while I was there. The hotel is next to a lot of popular food and entertainment spots. I really enjoyed my stay."
"Average Experience at Hotel Felix My recent stay at Hotel Felix was a mixed bag. While the service provided by the staff was exemplary and the location was convenient, there were some aspects of the accommodation that left much to be desired. Firstly, the rooms were disappointingly small, lacking the space and comfort I expected. Additionally, the beds were not as comfortable as I had hoped, which impacted the quality of my sleep during the stay. However, I must commend the hotel staff for their exceptional service. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries. Moreover, the hotel's location was indeed great, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. In summary, while Hotel Felix has its strengths in terms of service and location, the small rooms and uncomfortable beds detracted from the overall experience."
"The room was way smaller than expected and you can hear all your neighbors during your stay, the rooms was dirty, the bathroom has no lock, there is no microwave or refrigerator in the room either and there's no actual amenities in the hotel. They charge an "urban fee" which is to cover the amenities that the hotel doesn't even have. The hotel has charged my card multiple times and the staff has a hard time explaining what the charges are actually for. The location is great and in walking distance of pretty much everything. Overall I would not stay here again there are much better hotels in the area"
"The room was a good size for the two of us for the price being at such a low rate. The gym had everything I needed for a good workout. The service specifically was next level! Rigel was able to get us a high floor room for our first time in the city and he was generous enough to make us coffee at night! He went above and beyond for us. Definitely a recommended stay!"
"The hotel was pretty great overall despite the negative reviews. The main lobby was very nice with water decorations and modern. The service was great and quick. Rigel from the front desk was very detailed and swift with the checkin. The rooms were big enough for two people, but unfortunately there was no fridge or microwave in the room. They had no continental breakfast, but they served coffee and fruits in the main lobby. Overall this was a great stay."
