"My button up Burberry shirt was ruined at this place SIX weeks ago. After YEARS of being a customer here, the manager does not follow up, and does not offer a solution. It’s been weeks since I’ve heard from him. I call in and they respond with “the manager is not in today, but I can let him know you called.” And then the manager never calls or follows up. I am entitled to adequate compensation for my shirt, and will be taking this to court if there is no solution provided by end of week. I would avoid this place, they have been making countless mistakes with other customers recently and the manager does not seem to care about any of it."
"When I picked up my blazer there was still a stain on the blazer. It looked the same as when I dropped it off. I pointed out the stain to the lady working. It felt seemed as though she was more interested in getting back to the conversation that she was having with her friend. She shooed me away and I had to ask when my blazer would be ready for pick up. She then let me know it would be ready the next day. I left the place without an apology. I came back the next day to a man working and said I was here to pick up my blazer. After he found it, he said it was not ready. I was confused because I was told that my blazer would be ready and he is telling me that it is not. I was told again that my blazer would be ready again on the next day. I left again without an apology. I felt like I inconvenienced CD One Price Cleaners for a service that I had already paid for and it was not delivered. I wasted two days because I left without a blazer twice and then had to come back on the third day. On the third day I came back, my blazer was ready and again I left without an apology. Afterwards, I was sent a survey to complete and expressed what happened during my experience. Someone called to follow up and I missed the call. I returned the call and someone picked up and knew nothing about the survey or the call, but said he would let his manager know. I am on day 4 without a follow-up call. I did not want to post a review, but I am just continuing to receive terrible customer service and they could probably start with an apology."
"They did an awesome job. However, they're supposed to be open at 7 a.m. and the young lady didn't arrive until 7:11 a.m. Not cool standing in the wind n rain. Other than that Good work on my Blouse and the price was very reasonable"
"They Destroyed my Brand New Designer Linen Pants! My pants were White when dropped off for cleaning, asked for spot removal on one tiny spot, and they returned it back to me totally yellow, and burnt a hole through the Fabric! Linen pants are supposed to last for several years, as the material is durable and super strong! When took them out of the package, this is how they gave them to me, that is totally unacceptable, and the person cleaning these pants should be Fired! But also, 6 months ago I was in Fl, and started to see little holes on 2 pairs of my white Designer pants that turned into bigger holes, and I had to throw them out. Now I'm possible 100% that this Dry Cleaners is also responsible for destroying the fabrics, by using chemicals that made the Fabrics soft to the point of breaking! Awful! Stay away, at least you have been warned, that with repeated dry cleaning here, it will either destroy your clothes over time, or have something like the above that happened to me."
