"I can't recommend Chestnut Street Flowers because we just stopped by and the whole place is dark. The hours on the door say they close at 4:00pm and it's currently 3:05pm. There's no post on their Facebook either saying anything about closing early. Their Yelp page says 5:00pm and Google Maps says 6:00pm. It's not until I looked at their website to see that their hours are until 3:00pm. 2 stars because they look like a decent shop, 1 star otherwise."
