"The worst water park I've ever been to. Very slow lines. Long lines for food. Most of the attractions are not working. Terrible service. I am amazed at the terrible state of this water park."

"You have to enter separately from Great America. You can still use your all season cups. There are more water sides here than I thought, and I didn't discover the ones in the back until late in the afternoon. The bathrooms and bathhouse were clean. What was disappointing was the lazy river was closed and teenagers threw ice cream at me, security was so slow to respond there was nothing to be done. Recommendation for their housekeeping is to powerwash the birdshit off the stairs and gum off the side walks."

"Alot of fun. Slides, rides, lazy rivers! Oh and the carnival food (ice cream, funnel cake, beer) Seems like a decent place to work too. They say there's alot of perks."

"Well-done Great America! I felt safe; all areas were clean and well maintained. Plenty of lifeguards and good job on the social-distancing guidelines, etc. Great slides and lovely pools of cool refreshing water drops."

"Hour and a half to get food. They ran out of ice for a while. Purchased large drink and after my food came they started looking for the cup and couldn't find it. Eventually somebody comes back and says we don't sell those anymore. Even though their sign says they do. Do you want a refund of the price difference? 5 minutes later I got my money back and had to repurchase the smaller size drinks. They no longer guarantee gold pass members entrance into the water park. They just put up a brand new ride, maxxforce and couldn't spend the extra few dollars to put covering up for people standing in line for an hour and 45 minutes, (all in the sun) and their sign says it's a 60 minute wait. Our family of four has been buying gold pass memberships since so long ago I can't remember. The food experience pushed me over the edge and I'm done with six flags. Customer service does not exist."
