"My husband and I have used this location for several years and this is the second time that they have failed. I received someone else’s order earlier today at work (a surprise from my husband) which was odd because the intended recipient and I have the same first name (definitely not the same address tho) and after calling to tell them that I received someone else’s order , half of the correct order was delivered to my residence later in the evening as I was already gone for the day. David, the driver was very nice and apologetic so this is not his fault, and shortly after he left the other half showed up via Uber. Overall it was a very frustrating experience ( I’m making this a short version) ultimately , this is the last time we order from EA."

"This is the 2nd time my wife has order from this location for Valentine’s Day the first time we brushed it under the rug because we figured it was due to them being busy but today my wife gave them another try and they failed us again I am very disappointed because my wife was trying to do something special for me and surprise me with a delivery at work only to open the platter and see rotten strawberry and on top of that they gave us the wrong platter. But I will say their customer service is excellent!"

"My 10 year old niece wanted everyone to be able to enjoy the same food at a virtual birthday party with groups of attendees in 3 cities. So I ordered matching boxes of chocolate covered fruit, which were really reasonably priced and had them delivered to all 3 locations. For the "birthday girl" I also ordered a fancy balloon. All 3 deliveries showed up on time and it was really fun for everyone to open the boxes at the same time and celebrate a birthday while enjoying chocolate covered fruit! Easy, super quick to order online, great experience overall!"
