"Bill, the owner, was just about the nicest person on the phone, so helpful, and knowledgeable. When the arrangement arrived, it was beyond my expectations and just as Bob described. So beautiful. What a wonderful company for your floral needs."

"All I did was call an ask questions regarding arrangements prices and delivery. The woman I spoke with verified that a dozen premium roses were 89.99, and said they would be "arranged." I asked about morning delivery, for next day, she said they only deliver in the afternoons, due to COVID, which is fine. She then asked me what time I needed the flowers delivered, I said "Noon," she said she couldn't do that which, again, is fine, so I asked her if she could do them same day, it seemed like she could. When I asked what the roses would be arranged with, she told me I was asking too many questions and that my order was too complicated and hung up on me. I don't know what I said, I was polite and I didn't feel like my questions were non-standard, oh well. Very odd interaction, not sure I would do business with them and trust them to deliver a good product on time."
