"Awesome experience. I placed an order on a Thursday night. I called customer service to check on my order the next day. They answered immediately and stated my order should go out within 24 hours and I would probably receive the order on Monday. Later that day I received an email that it was picked up early and the eta was now Saturday. I received my order on Saturday and was able to fix my pool on Sunday. Truly a SUPER STORE. I would definitely do business with this company again."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I am bitter that I have to give one star because they don't deserve it. I placed an order for a liner on 6/10. I understand that the pool industry is struggling with stock, however I received ZERO communication about my order being delayed. I waited 60 days to reach out and since then have called REPEATEDLY, constantly promised that they will "reach out to the distributor" and call me back in a couple of days with a status. My wife finally called and asked for a supervisor. The supervisor called me back within the hour to give me a ship date. Then called me back to confirm the ship date 3 more times and promised to call me back on the ship date with a tracking number. Ship date came and no call. I received an email that my ship date was delayed another week. Here I am 2 weeks after the last call and a week past my previous estimated ship date with no liner, no tracking number, no calls. I have never dealt with a company that is so unprofessional."

"Do not buy from this company. The "ship date" they post on their site is not true. When I called to confirm my order and ship date, I needed to wait on the phone for ~~ 25 min to get the first person. They confirmed they did not have the part in inventory and stated they did not know when they were going to receive it. I then asked to cancel my order. They said they could not do that and had to transfer me. ~~ after waiting another 25 minutes later another person answered the phone and was able to cancel the order. ,"

"I almost didn't purchase based upon all the negative reviews, but the price on the Hayward C2030 was too good not to take the chance. I figured if I had an issue I could work with the credit card company to resolve. I placed my order on Monday 5/13/19 and later that day I received a FedEx notification of shipment. The filter arrived the next day. Maybe this company's customer service isn't the best when there are issues with the order, but based upon this experience I'll be buying from them again."
