"Ordered a winter cover and bags. Which were supposedly warrantied for a year. They are absolutely garbage quality and now I'll have to cut off caps to each bag, pay to ship them back so they can send me the same type of trash. I was willing to buy better quality ones but I wanted a discount based on this trash. The fact that they even sell this quality of product is troubling. It shows that they either have no knowledge of their products or worse yet , they do and they don't care. They are willing to sell garbage and then use a difficult return policy to cause the customer more stress work and money. No my pool is partially exposed to the weather and has cost me a bunch of additional work trying to secure it with sand bags. Every single bag they sold me failed."

"Awful customer service we purchased a bunch of filter for our pool also supplies and a pool pillow installed the pillow and 2 weeks later it goes flat. I contacted them and they said sorry no warranty at all and that we would have to purchase a new one. Put me on hold for like 20 minutes and come.back and say no sorry nothing we can do but they will sell me a new one. They have a attitude for nothing. Never again I rather pay more then deal with this these people. Unprofessional and poor customer service."

"DO NOT BUY from Doheny. They stall returning an item even if its their fault so they can charge a 30% restocking fee. I started my return the day it was delivered and it took them 3 weeks to send the return information"

"Oh where do I start? Ordered a pump from them. Took 2 days to arrive instead of the 1 promised on their website. Didn’t work. Figured out it had a shattered capacitor. There was a dent in the motor housing that I thought was cosmetic. I guess not. It had been dropped either in the warehouse or in shipping but the box was fine. Because the replacement was ordered over Memorial Day weekend, that took 4 days to get to me. And that one had a dent on the motor housing in exactly the same place. Wasn’t taking a chance on this one. Do you think they would expedite a 3rd one or at least make sure it went out today? Nope. Customer Service is a joke. Even the supervisor was the least helpful person on the planet. The only reason I’m still using them is because I bought their brand pump and I don’t want to redo the piping on the pump again. Otherwise I would have sourced a replacement pump elsewhere."
