"Went in last minute for a corsage and butioneer and the lady was able to accommodate the short notice. Picked up our flowers and the kid's love them,no lie. The flower pot and basket shop has been at that location for a number of years. She loves her craft . I remember when she would make gift basket and she still does. This is a Westside GEM . "Just ordered and received gorgeous flowers for my wedding in downtown Chicago! The owner was wonderful to work with and very responsive. My flowers were beautiful (3 boutonnieres, 2 corsages, and a bridal bouquet) and lasted all day beautifully. Professional and the flowers were exactly like the pictures. "Ive order a corsage and broach for my prom in 2014 and they were beautiful. I went into the shop to order, wrote down what I wanted and picked it up with no problem. Fast forward to 2021 and I called in only to inquire about how much a last minute funeral arrangement would cost, and the lady who answered the phone was very rude when I told her that it was for the next day. She asked me multiple times “tomoorrooowwwww?!” And “did you say tomorrow?? I told her “yes tomorrow” multiple times. She huffed and puffed and asked me “Where it’s goin.” I didn’t need it to be delivered so I told her that. She was fast talking questioning me about what I wanted, and what kinda car you got and how she had a lot of funerals tomorrow. I reiterated that I’m only inquiring because I already know that I’m pushing it with time. She said that I needed to come into the shop for this. I asked her what time the shop closed, her answer was “don’t come close to when we close baby because it’s 3:00 now.” She went on some more about it and I had to cut her off and ask again like what time did the shop close because how am I supposed to know if I’m arriving near closing time if I don’t know the closing time? At that point I wanted to hang up because her tone and choice of words from the moment she answered was terrible. Unfriendly and unwelcoming customer service based on this recent interaction in my opinion. but the PRODUCT they produce is great based off my previous order and satisfaction."

"This is what you get when you call The Flower Pot PERSONAL service! The owner is very hands on and they are great with the follow up calls. I was in need of funeral flowers at the last minute and they came thru for me (and I mean a 2 hour turn around delivered and all!). Not to say that's the norm because who can do that?!!!! - Well the Flower Pot can and did! The fact that they were so accommodating to my desperation was so refreshing. "This florist was supposed to deliver a large flower arrangement for a funeral. They "attempted" to deliver the day before the funeral, when it was scheduled. It was not delivered. I called DURING THE FUNERAL and was told by 1800 Flowers they were delivering it right then. They are located 5 minutes drive from the Church, and it was still not delivered. This was a large arrangement for a funeral. I can't believe this company did not follow through on such an important order. I asked 1800 Flowers to never work with them again."
