Strobbe's Flower Cart

"I used Strobbe's for my wedding in September 2023. I cannot stress this enough, I will never be using their services for anything ever again. Amy was very rude every time I spoke with her. When we initially met with her she was very rude to my husband like she didn't want him there, even though it was for OUR wedding. When we were planning the flowers, I wanted ALL white, for everything; except my bouquet and my husband's boutonniere which had custom ordered orchids. When the flowers arrived to the venue on the day of our wedding, the special orchids were in the mother's corsages. The bridesmaid's bouquets had a pink/purple orchid in them, the flowers on the head table and the fireplace (which we got married in front of) had the pink/purple orchids in them as well. All of these were supposed to be WHITE ONLY. I took a picture of the receipts that said WHITE. When I approached Amy and said that the flowers were not what I ordered, she was EXTREMELY rude, and kept saying that "if I didn't like it, then I should just say that." Yes, the flowers were pretty, BUT that is NOT what we paid for, NOT what we ordered, and NOT what was agreed on. The solution to their mistake was ripping out the pink/purple orchids and leaving pieces of them in the bouquets. I left the head table and fireplace flowers alone, because there were far too many flowers for it to be able to be fixed and still look nice. Being the bride I was already very stressed as is, and she made it much worse. I was extremely upset, and they never even apologized for their mistake."

"I had an anniversary arrangement delivered to the restaurant where we celebrating and that was all great..I brought them home,the flowers were beautiful but sadly lasted only 2 days before wilting and browning.. which for the money I spent is unacceptable .I even trimmed stems and changed water the day after I brought home..grocery store arrangements have lasted longer"
