"Cannonball Pools sold me an pool. They are partnered with Quantus Pools for the construction portion of the pool. After a few months of construction, they stopped showing up. But they had the majority of my money so they didn’t care. I tried talking to Ryan of Cannonball and he basically kept giving me the run around for over 6 months. He won’t return my calls now. I’ll give him one thing- he’s a good salesman- don’t trust a word he says!!! I had to hire another company to come in and finish my pool. I am filing suit against both companies. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!"

"We hired cannon to open and winterize our pool two years ago. Last year we needed a new heater and cannon ordered and installed the new unit. After only two month the unit started leaking and Ryan ordered a new one under our warranty. The replacement also broke down only a few weeks later. Ryan had not returned our calls, emails or texts and has been non responsive since last fall. We called another company who sent us a Jandy person to inspect the unit. It turns out that he never installed the check pressure valve with the new unit as stated in the Jandy manual . He removed the old one when he removed the old heater and failed to install one with the new one which caused the heater to malfunction and is not covered under warranty. We are out over 4k since we are now forced to buy a new heater . Do not trust this company. Ryan is not returning our calls and not taking responsibility. We are beyond upset and warn everyone to stay away from this company."

"I use them for service on our pool. Ryan is very knowledgeable and available when we needed him. Had a few issues before a party, and he was able to schedule us in and fix the problem so we could still have our pool party with our kids."

"They cost us thousands of dollars trying to repair our system due to a mistake they make. First they forgot to turn the skimmers back on which did considerable damage, colapsing the piping and damaging the pump. When they tried to fix the problem, they installed the wrong replacement pump which blew up the filters. I talked with him once and told him that all of the powder from the pump is ending up on the bottom of my pool and he said it is normal for that to happen!!! Knowing he created a bigger problem, Ryan no longer return calls. He and his team do not know what they are doing."

I would highly recommend Cannonball Pool & Spa as I see them as one of the best pool companies in the state."
