They are great - delivery is reliable, the quality of the flowers is excellent, and the arrangements are true to what is on the website. Today we put in an order just before they closed for a same day delivery. They didn’t have exactly what we ordered so phoned to check if we wanted to modify the arrangement. "Due to me being a man, and subsequently an idiot to boot, I needed the ultimate flower display that stated the most sincerest of apologies to a wonderful woman with black eyes that consumes your soul. This place nailed it!! On a serious note, the flowers I received had an absolutely gorgeous appearance to them. The presentation was custom and created by the owners themselves, which I couldn’t be more happy about. Wonderful owners who work with you to get what you need and want. "Just ordered flowers for funeral of a dear family member. Warning dp not order from here. We like to give our business to local shops so called the store directly and put in an order over the phone. Upgraded to a premium cross with red roses, a favorite of our departed's. What we got was the smallest arrangement you could make and all white. When we called to ask what had a happened we were told we got what we ordered and nothing further. This is a sad time already but this shop does not care and you definitely do not get what you pay for. The picture shows what another family member got with red roses for the same price. Ours was the itty bitty white cross $265. Will never use them and will never reccomend them"

"I chose Heather & Vine from the preferred vendors list at Harry Caray’s Banquets for my daughter’s 18th Birthday celebration. Both Cheryl and Janet were so accommodating throughout the whole process, even with my late booking at only two weeks before the event. I sent multiple inspiration photos to illustrate my vision, and Cheryl came up with a centerpiece design that was absolutely stunning! So many guests wanted to take a centerpiece home, that I almost didn’t have one to take home for myself. The pink roses they provided for a special tradition were also gorgeous. My SIL from out of town even joked that she wanted to take one on her flight to grow it in her backyard. I highly recommend Heather & Vine and will definitely use them again!
