My client wasn't able to pick it up so Sarah took the initiative to try again - completely out of her way and on Saturday - to make it easier for my client. I couldn't be happier with the experience and I won't hesitate ordering from them again."

"It was my son’s birthday today, and we ordered for an hour pickup, got to the store a little after 3pm no lights on etc. I do understand it was a “Snowstorm” but literally not one heads up about the store being closed or what to expect. I called before I left home, and didn’t get an answer. My 7 year old is ticked off, and on top of that no way to get a refund or talk to anyone this is crazy right now. I’m Literally wishing I would’ve read the reviews before even ordering, an email or something would’ve been great before I rode almost 30 minutes to get here. Wow! Hoping tomorrow be better and with resolution because everything is paid for and no arrangement or explanation. Interesting!"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I placed a $240.00 a few days prior to my friends birthday. The day it was to be delivered, it never confirmed they were making the arrangements. I called and left messages that day and nobody answered. I called Customer service and the rep told me the store confirmed the order but nobody was answering. He then guaranteed that it would be delivered by 7pm THE LATEST. It is currently 11pm and my friend saw the truck at the neighbors house but quickly sped away. Nobody got out of the van. It still says "On the way" when I track it. I put her phone number and mine on the order and not 1 phone call or text. Completely ruined the birthday. Disgusting."
