I was done checking out and my friend was next, as she was checking out the very kind young cashier was interacting with us. He was extremely polite and wished us Happy Holidays as we left. The manager told him to stop interacting and talking to customers the focus is to get people out of the store. His He was not holding up the line at all, just minimal polite convo as he rang us up. There was not a single soul behind us!!!! This young man had exemplary customer service skills and for a manger to say that to him especially outloud where all can here is disgusting!!! Shame on you Mr Manager. How are you Management when you are so ignorant and rude. Maybe you shouldn't be in retail let alone a manager if you dont believe in customer service!"

"Came to find a frame I needed and upon roaming the store they had a 50% off on all wall decor. I was so happy I stumbled upon this sale because I found some great home decor pieces to put up. I loved how my home looks now all while saving money! I also got to see that they had a great variety of home decor so I will definitely be coming back for some Christmas decorations and more home goods. Staff was very friendly and helpful when I was looking for a few things."

"Largest location I've ever been in! Airbrush supplies and resin crafts were my reason for going. And I found so much more to do! This location is attached to the Gurnee Mills mall. So it is a little pricey. But for the selection, it's worth the little extra."
