"It is really a lovely little park in downtown Morris with lots of tall trees and play equipment. There is even a new kind of swing where parents can swing with babies. Unfortunately, it is placed in a very sunny place, so not inviting at all times of the day. There is a gazebo with picnic tables which can be reserved. I especially like to go here alone when I have takeout food and I can look at the beautiful scene while I eat and read or listen to music."

"Beautiful park just as you enter town located in a nice residential area. Very clean. My grandchildren really enjoyed themselves. The merry go round needs alot of love and repair but sure did not hinder the fun. Love the Special swings!"

"Chapin Park offers two playgrounds, statues, benches, picnic tables, a pavilion, and beautiful, tall trees. Great little park, one block square. Beautiful Christmas lights from Thanksgiving through New Years. This is the end point of the Grundy County Corn Festival. Beautiful after a snow."
