"I am very dissatisfied. We were referred through our home warranty insurance. They came out one time and never came back. When you call, the voice mail is full so you cannot leave a message. When our home warranty insurer calls, they also cannot get through. They are not responsive to emails either. We’ve been patiently waiting to have our pool pump replaced since July 23,2023. All we want is for our pool to be attended to and if this can’t be done, it would be nice to be notified so we can look for other options. We are still open to allowing Sunrise to finish their work."
